History and Information
Kingdom Community Bank (a trading name of Kingdom Credit Union) is Fife's largest credit union with over 7,000 members. In March 2018 the members and business of Dunfermline and District Credit Union transferred to Kingdom.

In September 2018, Kingdom rebranded as Kingdom Community Bank and in October 2018 opened a new, modern shop in the Kingdom Shopping Centre in Glenrothes.

Kingdom are working hard to raise their profile and grow their membership base through a new modernised approach.

They also recognise the need to be more accessible and relevant in the market, where high interest lenders raise their profile through meeting the needs of the most vulnerable people.

Their aim is to fill that gap with affordable credit and promotion of savings. They want to build on links with the community and their commitment to raise awareness of credit union as a financial institution that is responsive, inclusive and ethical.

Their mission is to promote the financial wellbeing of people living or working in Fife.

Since 2004 they have provided thousands of Members with:
• safe and handy ways to save;
• access to affordable credit;
• a range of value for money financial services.

Common Bond (Who can join)
Kingdom's common bond area covers the whole of Fife. Anyone who lives or works in Fife is eligible to join.
